Island Sports Clinic (formerly known as Phillip Island Sport and Rehab Clinic) was established in January 2013 to cater for the growing population of Phillip Island and the greater Bass Coast Shire.  Providing a range of allied health services, the clinic has everything you need to remain fit and healthy.  

 

Treatments include Physiotherapy, Myotherapy, Remedial Massage, Reflexology, Naturopathy and Hearing Australia (Audiology).

*HiCaps and EFTPOS facilities are available make claiming treatments via private health funds immediate and easy.

MICHAEL O'CONNOR
Owner & Physiotherapist

Michael completed his bachelor of Physiotherapy from the university of Melbourne in 2010.

He is passionate about treating a wide range of musculoskeletal complaints and has past experience treating sports people, in particular high-level junior athletes. 

In addition, Michael enjoys assisting clients to achieve their own personal best. Michael also offers 1:1 pilates sessions in our studio to help clients with their rehabilitation.​

YUMIKO MURAKAMI
Myotherapist

Yumiko has over ten years experience as a Remedial Myotherapist.

She combines techniques: cupping, dry needling, Muscle Energy Technique, Myofascial and Trigger Point Release as well as Shiatsu depending on each client's condition and requests.

JUSTINE INIFER
Senior Remedial Massage Therapist & Reflexologist

Justine is the founder of Brainy bodies, a practice dedicated to neuro-informed bodywork and Dance.

Her guiding principle: Retrain the brain. Reduce the pain.

Justine specialises in treating chronic musculoskeletal pain, post-surgical pain, stress-related tension, and trauma-associated pain patterns.

 Her work focuses on reducing muscle guarding and hypervigilance, persistent hypertonicity, and protective/pain avoidance patterns that can maintain pain long after tissue healing has occurred.
